1. Welcome & Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your visit to Pour Boy ("the Pub", "we", "us", or "our"), located at 666 Manning Ave, Toronto, ON M6G 2W4, as well as your access to our website (https://www.pourboytoronto.com).
Pour Boy operates as a walk-in local neighborhood pub and dine-in gathering spot. By visiting our establishment, ordering food and drinks, or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
2. Alcohol Service & Legal Age of Majority (AGCO Compliance)
Pour Boy operates strictly under the Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019 (LLCA) and regulations enforced by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
- Age Requirement: The legal drinking age in Ontario is 19 years of age. Patrons ordering, purchasing, or consuming alcoholic beverages must be at least 19 years old.
- ID Verification: Our staff are certified under Ontario's Smart Serveprogram and are legally required to verify valid, government-issued photo identification (e.g., Ontario Driver's Licence, Canadian Passport, Ontario Photo Card) for any guest who appears under 25 years of age.
- Right to Refuse Service: We do not tolerate over-intoxication. Staff reserve the absolute right to refuse alcohol service or admission to any individual exhibiting signs of intoxication or disruptive behavior. Under AGCO regulations, alcoholic beverages that have been served or opened cannot be refunded.
- No Outside Alcohol: Bringing outside alcoholic drinks into the venue or removing open alcohol from the premises is strictly prohibited by Ontario law.
3. Menu, Dining Experience & Allergen Notice
Pour Boy serves a unique blend of Vietnamese-inspired street food favorites, classic Canadian pub comfort food, and local craft draught beers.
⚠️ Allergen & Kitchen Notice:
Our kitchen prepares diverse recipes using peanuts, tree nuts, fish sauce, shellfish, soy, sesame, dairy, eggs, and wheat/gluten. While we take utmost care with food handling, cross-contact may occur in a shared kitchen. Please inform our staff of any allergies before ordering.
Menu items, draught rotations, and prices are subject to seasonal availability. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to 13% Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).
4. Dine-In Satisfaction & Order Adjustments
We want you to enjoy every dish and drink. Because we are a dine-in establishment:
- Immediate Notification: If a dish or beverage is prepared incorrectly, spoiled, or fails to meet quality standards, please inform your server immediately upon receiving it.
- Remake or Bill Credit: We will gladly remake the item or adjust your bill accordingly. We cannot issue refunds or credits for food or drink that has already been substantially or completely consumed.
- Third-Party Delivery Disclaimer:Pour Boy does not directly operate online ordering, delivery fleets, or phone-order takeout. If you place an order through any independent third-party delivery platform (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash, SkipTheDishes), your transaction and any refund or missing-item claims are governed entirely by that third party's terms and customer support.
5. Bar Tabs & Payment Terms
- Accepted Payments: Canadian cash, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and Interac Debit.
- Open Bar Tabs: A valid credit card must be pre-authorized to maintain an open tab. Any open tab left unpaid at closing time (2:00 AM) will be automatically settled to the pre-authorized card with a standard 18% gratuity added.
- Group Parties: An automatic 18% gratuity may be applied to bills for groups of 6 or more patrons.
6. House Rules & Safety
Pour Boy is an inclusive neighborhood pub. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, discrimination, verbal abuse, physical violence, property damage, or illicit drug use. Violators will be ejected immediately.
7. Intellectual Property & Website Use
All content on this website (including branding, logos, graphics, text, and artwork) is the intellectual property of Pour Boy Manning and protected by Canadian copyright and trademark law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, Pour Boy, its owners, and staff are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your attendance at the venue or use of this website, including unattended personal belongings.
